Replaced parts come with a 30-day warranty for factory defects.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Please note that our warranty does not cover breakages, misuse, or liquid damage. Additionally, there is no warranty offered for repairs, adjustments, or cleanings.

3. Liquid Damage Disclaimer:
If your device has suffered liquid damage, the diagnosis is non-refundable, and the subsequent repair is without warranty. It is your responsibility to inspect the device before leaving our premises.

4. Data Loss and Misuse Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for data loss or damages caused by misuse of the device.

5. Battery Warranty:
Batteries purchased through our service have a one-year warranty, provided they are of the Ampsentrix brand. This reflects our commitment to the quality and durability of the components used in our repairs.

6. Additional Terms for Specific Parts:
- iPhone X07 screens have a one-year warranty covering factory defects, including detachments, LCD/OLED damage, loss of image or touch, excluding the front glass.
- Screen installation has a 30-day warranty; after 30 days, charges apply only for the installation.

7. Device Retrieval Policy:
Ensure you pick up your equipment within 30 days, as we do not guarantee replacement or refund after this period. Unclaimed devices without phone numbers are subject to confiscation.

8. Repair Timelines and Risks:
Repair timelines vary from 1-30 days, and certain jobs involve risks. Understand these risks before giving your approval.

9. Special Orders Disclaimer:
Special orders may take a week or more due to shipping services. We are not responsible for delays, and there are no cancellations or money refunds.

10. Liability Disclaimer:
By sending your device, you grant Nexus Repair permission to take necessary actions for the repair. Nexus Repair is exempt from liability for data loss or component failures. We are not responsible for profit loss or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
