  3. Self-Check-In

  7. Same-Day Parts Shipment
    Required parts are shipped on the same day during working hours to ensure a prompt start to the repair process.

  8. Shipping Cost

    • Mail-In Repair Service: Shipping cost is free for the return delivery; however, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the device to our location.
    • Parts, Accessories, and Other Items: Shipping cost is $8.00 and includes a tracking number for secure and monitored delivery.

Warranty and Returns Policy

  • Product Warranty: All products that are not cell phone parts come with a 15-day warranty unless otherwise specified in the product description.
  • Parts and Repair Services Warranty: Cell phone parts, as well as our repair services for cell phones, tablets, and computers, are covered by a 30-day warranty.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns; only warranties are honored for manufacturing defects.
  • Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: For warranty claims, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer. Only manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty policy.
